Submitting an Article to the EEO Insight

EEO Insight is currently seeking authors to submit manuscripts for publication in our highly-respected peer-reviewed journal.  Read by executives, governmental leaders, and human resources professionals across the United States, EEO Insight is unique within the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) field. Narrowly tailored to matters covered by Title VII of the 1964/1991 Civil Rights Act, Executive Order 11246, and the Code of Federal Regulations (Chapters 60: 1-4, 20, 30, 40, 50, 250, and 741), EEO Insight helps federal contractors and other employers better understand the issues and requirements of implementing equal employment opportunity while maintaining a highly competitive and productive workforce.

EEO Insight does not compensate authors for submitting manuscripts; however, if accepted for publication, an honorarium of $200 will be paid to the lead author of the elected article upon publication.

Article Submission Guidelines:

Manuscripts are accepted or rejected by members of the EEO Insight Editorial Board based on the quality of authorship, the timeliness of the topic and the needs of our current editorial calendar.  While no specific format for articles is required, they must be factual and/or research-based and not opinion pieces.  They may be scientific and/or technical in nature or they may be practical/applied and provide EEO professionals with tools and techniques that may be applied directly on the job.
All manuscripts must be the author’s original work.  Sources and quotations must be duly cited in a reference section.
The author maintains the copyright of their material but grants BCG Institute for Workforce Development the right to publish and distribute the submitted work.
EEO Insight receives all manuscript submissions electronically in Microsoft Word or RTF format.  Submit articles via email to
