Keeping in line with the philosophy of BCGi of providing access to information regardless of the ability to pay, BCGi releases COMPARE. COMPARE is an Excel-based program designed to run highly complex statistical procedures from a relatively simple interface for the purposes of analyzing compensation data for disparities.
