Although investigations of compensation disparities and outreach/recruitment are gaining ground when it comes to OFCCP audits, it should come as little surprise to most that adverse impact in hiring continues to be the Agency’s primary focus. The reasons for this are varied, but one reason is that proper applicant data collection/retention is difficult, and organizations tend to do a "less than stellar” job of properly tracking applicants throughout the selection process. Therefore, it is imperative that talent acquisition staff and recruiters know their role in Affirmative Action Planning. Join BCG consultants, Fue Lo and Heather Sakamoto, as they explore the role of Talent Acquisition in AAP development!
