Unfortunately, most analysts do not know what the next steps are once significant pay disparity is identified. There is a lot of training around compensation analysis 101, but no one really discusses what happens after the statistical work is completed.  In this presentation, we will detail proper methods of follow-up investigations after a statistical pay investigation is complete, which includes:

1)      Estimating pay shortfall

2)      Identifying individual-level impact in pay

3)      Cohort analysis

4)      Strategies to develop a multi-year pay adjustment schedule

Participants will learn how best to use the compensation analysis results to close the identified pay gaps.
