What do you do when you find statistically significant pay differences in your compensation? Unfortunately, most analysts do not know what the next steps are once significant pay disparity is identified. There is a lot of training around compensation analysis 101, but no one really discusses what happens after the statistical work is completed.  In this presentation, we will detail proper methods of follow-up investigations after a statistical pay investigation is complete, which includes:

1)      Estimating pay shortfall

2)      Identifying individual-level impact in pay

3)      Cohort analysis

4)      Strategies to develop a multi-year pay adjustment schedule

Participants will learn how best to use the compensation analysis results to close the identified pay gaps.
