The 2019 Industry Liaison Group (ILG) National Conference is the premier meeting ground for those involved in the affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and diversity & inclusion fields.  The 2019 ILG National Conference brings together industry experts and government representatives with human resources, compensation, legal and talent acquisition professionals to discuss the latest issues and trends involving government compliance and workplace equality.

The 2019 ILG National Conference will host speakers from agencies including the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  The program will focus on effective strategies, best practices, and practical tools to assist organizations that are trying to shift gears in a fast changing world.  Whether you are new to the AA/EEO/diversity fields or a seasoned practitioner, you can take advantage of opportunities to network with others who have come together to engage in valuable discussions about our ever-changing workplace.
