With 2017 EEO-1 filing period now upon us, it is time to begin preparing to file the reports by the new deadline of March 31, 2018. Although Component 2 of the revised EEO-1 report was placed on hold and companies are no longer required to file pay and hours worked data, all private employers with 100 or more employees, and federal government contractors or first-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and a contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more, must continue to report on employees’ gender and race/ethnicity information by EEO-1 classification. Come join us as we discuss the recent changes to the EEO-1, who must file, when to file, and how to file with sample forms and live pivots tables.
