With the new Component 2 of the revised EEO-1 report placed on hold, companies are no longer required to file pay and hours worked data in the upcoming EEO-1 report. However, all private employers with 100 or more employees, and federal government contractors or first-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and a contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more, must continue to file the Component 1 of the EEO-1 report. Come join us as we discuss the recent changes to the EEO-1, who must file, when to file, and how to file with sample forms and live pivots tables. The new deadline for filing the mandatory EEO-1 report is March 31, 2018.
