BCGi is an online learning community designed for the sole purpose of building the technical competence and productivity of HR professionals and others who must use a knowledge of statistics, research, automation, and equal employment opportunity laws and regulations. Founded initially by Dr. Jim Higgins, Statistics Professor, Professional Researcher, and Personnel Selection Consultant as a means to provide training to those who are not able to pay for a variety of reasons, BCGi now is able to provide you with training provided by many of the country's most skilled and experienced professionals in areas related to HR management, personnel selection, federal contract compliance, and equal employment opportunity.

BCGi members are able to read and explore many of the technical papers, journal articles, and books published by BCG staff, download webinar presentation slides, and will eventually have free access to recorded webinar training sessions. In addition, you will be able to contact the author(s) of our resources with specific questions that you may have.
