A question was asked recently about how organizations who use pass/fail cut scores can control or minimize the number of applicants invited for a hiring interview. After all, if the assumption is made that all people who exceed the minimum score are viewed as "essentially the same" is it legal to only consider the higher scoring test takers?

How does your organization handle this?
