Training - I want to get the EEO Certification for Compensation Analysis but cannot find where to sign up for online training… just the test to get certified. Where is the training? I’ve looked on BCG website, the EEO website and several others and cannot find the training needed to take the Comp Analysis certification test. Please help!

Thanks for the code. But... I am trying to find out where to find the learning tools for taking the online tests. There are a ton of knowledge points shown and before I spend the money and take the test, I would like to shore up on those topics. Where can I find all of that in one place? Generally a refresher is provided before a course test. I really would prefer not to review each topic separately.

At this link there is a reference to required courses for EEO Certification. Are these formal courses taught or available online or are they just a list topic areas for further study prior to taking the certification tests? The study guides are an excellent source of information. I have also had in-depth exposure to many of the topic areas in the webinars offered by BCGI and they are free and very, very good! I would love to be able to access the archives of these webinars. Thanks so much for putting these together.

Advanced Certification
BCGi members receive the premium service allowing them to document their expertise by completing one or more HR certification tests through the EEO Certification Institute at www.EEOCertification.com. This fully online testing program enables interested individuals to complete professionally developed tests to become certified in one or more of five employment competency areas at a profession, specialist, or expert level.

Becoming certified through EEOCertification.com is free to all members of BCGi. To become a member of BCGi, click here. Note that becoming a member of BCGi is completely also free and without obligation of any kind. Once you have joined and you are ready to complete a certification through the EEO Certification Institute, contact the BCGi Director of Education to receive your login code.

The certification tests offered through the EEO Certification Institute (www.EEOcertification.com) are completely free for BCGi members. When you join BCGi you can request a code that will allow you to complete any of the certification tests you desire. Below is the process to follow:

1) Join BCGi at www.BCGinstitute.org
2) Email Jim Higgins at Higgins@biddle.com to request the access code
3) There are no special classes or webinars you need to take. Originally I thought about using this approach but since all professionals are at different levels of skill it seemed inappropriate to require that they take specific classes.
4) The EEO Certification Institute has study materials explaining what is measured on each certification examination that you can review or use to guide your independent studies.
5) You can also take webinars on specific topics (e.g., compensation analysis, adverse impact, etc.) to help you prepare.
6) If you fail a test, you will have to wait 2 weeks to take a parallel form of the test.
