Everyone knows that spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel, can be a powerful tool for analyzing data.  Many human resources professionals, however, may not be aware of the specific tools and techniques that are available to help them as they develop and validate their pre-employment examinations.  In this webinar, attendees will learn some quick and easy techniques to accomplish such tasks as: analyzing job analysis data, conducting item analysis in multiple choice tests, evaluating test reliability and assessing tests for possible adverse impact.

Ideally, those who attend this webinar will have a basic understanding of statistics such as averages, correlation coefficients, and difference statistics.  Although the explanations will not be heavily statistics, understanding the general concepts will help ensure that attendees will get maximum benefit from the presentation.

This webinar will be presented by Dr. Jim Higgins.  Jim has been a frequent presenter with BCGi as well as an invited speaker and trainer for individuals and groups across the country.  Jim is well known for his ability to take complex topics and present them in a manner that non-technical individuals can easily understand them.
