COMPARE Lite!: Compensation Analysis Made Easy

Introducing COMPARE Lite!  Version 2.0, the powerful analytical software package developed by Biddle Consulting Group, inc., to help federal contractors ensure the fairness of their compensation practices.  COMPARE was specifically designed around the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' (OFCCPs) multiple regression-based compensation analysis methodology.

As a member of BCGi, you have access to the "lite" version of COMPARE free of charge.  The only differences between the full COMPARE analytical suite and COMPARE Lite is that it places certain limitations on the number of grouping variables into which your company pay data may be divided for automated analysis and you will not have access to the powerful "Pay Adjustment" calculation engine.  Additionally, to download and use the free version of COMPARE, you must agree that you will use the software solely to analyze your organization's internal pay practices and you will not use the program to provide consulting or paid services to others.

To download your copy of COMPARE, click the button  below.  When you register your software (registration is required for software activation) you will decide whether you want to use the lite or the full version.  Please note that you can upgrade to the full version of COMPARE at any time.

COMPARE Activation

Once you have downloaded your copy of COMPARE, upon running the program you will be prompted to activate your copy.  You will need to follow the steps below to register your copy.

STEP 1 - You will be presented with a code when you attempt to run COMPARE for the first time.  Either write this code down or highlight it, click your right mouse button and click "copy."

STEP 2 - Click the COMPARE Activation button below.

STEP 3 - Paste your registration code into the appropriate box.

STEP 4 - Click "Generate Activation Key"

STEP 5 - Copy and paste the activation key into your copy of COMPARE and you will be ready to begin analyzing your company's compensation data.
